Salon Vim visit

It’s been a long time ever since i 1st visit salon vim.
Yes, from long hair to short hair *LAUGH*
My hair is like super shitty now and i always thought that short hair is easier to maintain, like you just need to comb your hair after you wake up and you are ready to go or like you dun have to really care about your hair after you washed….
Who knows that….
I GOT EVERYTHING WRONG!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! *YELL*

it’s so DAMN HARD to maintain this hairstyle!!!!!
i know that XiaoMan liaoshi she did try to create the volume and the style but after a while.. i look like someone who is carrying a bird nest on top of my head *NOT FUNNY OK?* so i guess it’s the time for me to look for Fiona and solve the bird nest *TEARS*

Yes, dun be surprise, this is my hair. it’s normally very messy but i had a photoshoot before the appointment so my hair looks super cui and flat.

OMG… i couldn’t imaging that i go out and have my photoshoot like this!! i didnt know this is how it looks like at the back!! *FAINT*

i know i’m going to sit here for at least 2 hrs for sure so i’m well prepared!!

my color had fade from black to dark brown and i want something really bright like redish orange kind because it will make your skin tone fairer even without makeup.
So i had the color (On top) as the base

and i highlighted with a few of dark strength to create some gradient to my hair so it wont be so boring.

1st of all, Fiona applied something that can protect my hair and scalp and she said it’s really important to do this because your hair will be damage after dying n perming.

TADAH!! this is my hair color but we are not done yet!!! A treatment is important after you dye or perm your hair!! I did a very special treatment today called Redken Chemistry Cocktail treatment! Cocktail??? what do you mean??

basically it’s like combining the different kind of treatment together. There are 6 categories and it’s a treatment that customize for you base on your hair condition. They will pump the treatment into the cocktail mixer and shake shake shake then TADAH, it become your personal cocktail treatment *AMAZING*

this is the procedure of the whole treatment!

this is what i will use for my treatment, can u see the cocktail mixer??? SO FUNNY i cant imaging Fiona mixing the cocktail hahahahah

this is the 1st and 2nd step. Reconstructing your hair and also balance the PH system

and pump all the “SHOTS” into the mixer.. FINALLY…..

HERE COMES THE BARTENDER FIONA!!!!!!! i cant stop laughing when she shake the mixer, it’s so ramdon hahaha!!!!

the final last step is to steam your hair about 20min, i think the time pass really fast to me because i was watching crayon sinchan hahaha!!! cant wait to see my new hair!!

My fringe is curly due to the perm that i had with XiaoMan laoshi but i think it’s kinda cute. I look like him isnt it *LAUGH*

it looks abit yellow in the pic but it’s more like light caramel in the real life. I want to make it more orange-redish feeling but Fiona told me to slowly increase the lightness of the color else i may not accept the big change to my color! So i’m going back to visit them very soon

i’ve to admit that this was a SUPER LATE MINUTE PLAN, AGAIN!!!!! We booked the flight 4days before our departure and manage to get Darren to join us the day before!!!! Sooo happy to have Vicky and Darren join the boring couple *LOL*

Lost myself at DFS, Lancome’s mascara is damn awesome!! the value pack is super irresistible, $90 for 3!!

BIG THANKS to Frockettes who gave me this maxi dress, i think it’s the best outfit to go on to the plane, very comfy. Sadly my boobs are too small so there is nothing there *BLUSH*

one thing that i MUST do when i board the plane is that having “SEAFOOD” cupnoodle!!! I guess it’s the air pressure that make all the vege and crab meat bloat n they are much larger than the size we eat down here. *IKR*

Darren was exhausted because we were having kbox until late morning and he went home to pack his luggage immediately after he got home!! Our flight is too early!

dinner time, we just walk walk walk and saw this random restaurant at Siam Square area, i forget the name *SO SORRY* we were too hungry But their food is really Yummy!! the restaurant is beside A&W cafe~

THAI FOOD TIME!!!!!!!!!!!!!! it’s very disgrace for me as a Thai because i’m a Thai but i COULDN’T TAKE ANY SPICY FOOD!!!!!!!! i almost die by eating this meal!!! SPICY DIE ME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! but it’s really yummy so i cant stop eating, my lips looked like some sort of hot dog!

What is the MUST DO when u come to thailand beside shopping???? MASSAGE OF COURSE!!!!!!!!!!! we head to Asia Herb Association to relax our massage and one good thing about it is that it open till 3am. Best for the owls like us! We chose the signature herbal ball + massage for 90min for abt 700 baht.

we need to bathe before the massage so the herbal can totally absorb into our body! It’s not a oil massage so our body is not oily at all, we can sleep immediately after we got home! the massage is really good, the herbal ball is very shoik but i’m so shy when the aunty turn my body facing her and she massage me (i didnt wear anything)

our supper in the hotel, all these cost about 100baht in total and it’s really yummy! Do not afraid to try street food, they are really delicious but if ur stomach is very weak then forget it hahaha!!!! my mouth will never stop moving when i’m in bkk!

we went to Chatuchak market on the 4th day and i really want to kill myself, it’s 39degree and we really dun feel like shopping over there!! so we hide to the air con area and we decided to head back to platinum! *PLATINUM GANG*

and i eat Krispy Kreme almost everyday in BKK. omg i really love their original donut, why no Krispy Kreme here lah!!!!!

this is our last dinner in Bkk so we went to a very famous Taiwan restaurant which just opened in Siam Discovery a few moths ago. why i like about this restaurant is because you will be having 8 dishes from appetizer to dessert with a shocking cost of 499 baht!!! super good deal isn’t it?? And trust me, they serve really nice food!!

for those who is going to Taiwan or Thailand, this is a must visit restaurant!!

there are too many choices for us to choose!!

And there is free flow of blackcurrant vinegar for u to have a better taste of the food

Hair siminal

As i’d mention, i did a hair seminal for L’oreal Professional and the speaker is none other than 小曼老师 *SCREAM* for those of you who have watched 女人我最大 will definitely know her because she is really famous and she has a name called the god of hair!! so i was really excited when i know i’m going to get a makeover by her. But of course i’ve no idea of what style i will look like, all i know is that she wants to cut my hair really short and perm it alittle bit. I was really freaked out because i’d never cut my hair so short in my life but i really really put my 100% trust in her!!!!

so happy that i got a picture with the god of hair!! She is really professional and also very particular towards all the things that she wants to do. She will make it to perfect no matter how many hours or effort will that caused. I’m really impress by her because she knows what exactly my weakness of my head shape are like my face is long but my chin is short, my side of the head is very flat so it makes my face look very big n chubby. Thus, she design my hair in a way that it can make my face look smaller and very easy to style. My hair is this volume without putting any products, she just simply dry in that’s all!!!! *SHOCK*

i wonder where can i find all these outfits!!! thanks to the stylist who prepare so many pretty clothes for us!!

there is too many things going on recently..

1st of all….

I CUT MY PRECIOUS HAIR!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! AND I LOOK VERY DIFFERENT NOW!!!!!!!!!!! *SCREAM*

i attended a hair seminal organized by L’oreal Professional and they invited “xiao man” laoshi from taiwan as the speaker. She is the god of hair and i always watch her show when i was in taiwan. I will blog about the hair show tomorrow:)

i know it’s damn short but it suits me surprisingly. My face is no longer chubby with this new hairdo!! i’m still not used to this hairstyle but i’ve been receiving a lot of positive comments *HEHE* ok la, new style, new feel, new Mio yay??

Redang Island Pt1

I know many of you are sick of me when I mention the word “Redang” haha!!!

Finally, here is my post of my Redang Adventure~~ *YAY* almost died from editing all these pictures!

It was a very very last-minute decision and I’m so glad that I managed to get 3 people to accompany the boring couple to this damn ulu place *LOL*

For those who don’t know, it takes 12 hours of coach and 1 hr of ferry to reach this heaven, so basically we were dead by the time we reached *HAHAHAHA* But everyone knew that it was really worth the time travelling and we were damn excited!!!

The coach departed at 9.30pm so we met up to have our dinner at Golden Mile before we starved ourselves in the coach!

And we went to NANA~~~~~ the food was surprisingly delicious!!

Can you tell how excited Vicky was??? She couldn’t sleep the whole day and she brought soooooooooo many clothes just for our 4D3N trip *LAUGH*

Everyone was expecting to charge their batteries in the coach so most of us didn’t have much sleep earlier on. I woke up at 8am in the morning and I had 3 photoshoots before I went down to meet the guys so I was really exhausted ):

But the terrible thing is……………… the aircon in the bus was SO DAMN STRONG that everyone was shivering and none of us managed to sleep!!!!!!!!!!! *GOSH*

Yappy took out some of his T-shirts to cover his feet LOL!!!

We told the bus driver the adjust the temperature and he was like “this is the warmest” *ROLL EYES* Can’t u see all of us are shivering????

And this is the action we took to stop the aircon from working; we stuffed tissue paper into the ventilation holes *LOL* It did help abit but I still didn’t manage to sleep at all. *SIGH

Luckily I had a cardigan from GipsyPixie with me! And it is long sleeved!! i mean, who will bring a knit cardigan to a beach resort when they didn’t know that the coach would be freezing!! *PISSED*

The coach dropped us at some very ulu kampong place and we had to wait 1hr for the ferry! The ferry only have 2 departure timings which are 9am and 12pm.

This girl suffered the most during the journey, look at how sexy she is *LOL*

This is the meal that caused Darren, the Thai boy, to puke in the ferry and that was just the beginning of his terrible nightmare. He lost his passport, YES I KNOW RIGHT and also he had super high fever, poor little sick kitten! *OWWWW*

Happy us, but all of us changed our face right after 20min of the ferry journey…..

Finally!!!!!!!!!!! After 13hours of traveling…….. we are finally here at this GOD DAMN ISLAND!!

Look at these!!!! The sand is so soft!!! I’ve totally fallen in love with this place. I’ve never felt this relaxed before!

we went to have our lunch before check-in our room and the hotel food is so yummy, GOSH i gain so much by eating the hotel food!! The best thing is, all our meals are covered under the package!

And the moment we got into our room, the girls SCREAMED LIKE MADDDDDDDDDD

I can’t describe how high the pitch was but I know that the people who stay opposite were trying to make fun of us *LOL*

I know the room looks really normal in the picture but trust me it’s NOT!!!!!! Can u imagine not lying on a bed for 2days? It’s so happy to see beds!!!! I feel at home!! And the room was pretty big, there are 4 single beds and our room was connected to the boys’ room!

After settling down, we changed outfits and got ready for our 1st snorkeling

We felt pretty unwell because the boat was really shaky but nothing could stop our excitement!

I did brought my makeup box to Redang but none of us were willing to make an effort to put on makeup because we were playing with water and also snorkeling everyday!

The drama ‘Summer More More Tea’ was filmed here and that’s when people started to notice this island!

ok, this is really epic. Dear Darren and Prescillia try to wake us up but neither Vicky and I responded so this is what they did to us!! PLAYING LEGO on our head HUH!!!! And the most shocking thing is that none of us knew what was happening LOL

Very poor boy… he was having high fever but i think he was really crazy because he just left the room and went to the hotel lobby to accompany us.

Can u see how many blankets he used to warm himself?? i feel so sad for him..
